I've spent the greater part of my life working in finance as a  stockbroker, founder and CEO of a regional investment bank, investment advisor, principal of a registered Broker-Dealer, business consultant,  developer and manager of commercial real estate, a General Partner of private placement syndications, and an adjunct instructor of corporate finance at universities.
